Ball Size: Boys 7th and above uses 29.5 ball. Boys 6th grade and below - Home Team or Higher Seed Provides and CHOOSES ball size.

Away Team is Listed First or on Top of Bracket- Home Team is listed 2nd or on Bottom of Bracket.

Coaches Bring First Aid Kit!

TEAM REGISTRATION

1. All Coaches report 45 min before your first game. 
2. Register at the site of your first game!
3. (3) Free Weekend Passes - Head Coach, Assist. Coach and Score/Timekeeper.
4. Sign in to receive weekend bands that must be worn all weekend.
5. There is no sign in on Sunday, so if there is no band you will have to pay.
6. Rosters must be turned in the day of the event - only players playing at the event on roster.
7. Teams that have players playing on two teams – must be approved before the event.
8. Player Waiver must be turned in if approved before the event.
9. Head Coach will receive (2) P.O.G. Pins and Paper. Out of your (4) games – please pass out a P.O.G. Pin to a player on the opposing team, write on the paper why you gave the player the P.O.G. Pin and instruct the player to go the United Hoops Banner to fill out the rest of the paper and have their picture taken for our social media page.
10. Please pay any balance due at the coaches regsiteration when signing-in.
11. Home Team Provides Scorekeeper / Visiting Team Provides Timekeeper

PLAYERS ON TWO TEAMS

1. Only players on your roster are allowed to sit on the bench when the game starts.
2. Players are allowed to play on two teams in different divisions.
3. Players playing on two teams are not allowed to enter the game if they are not there when the game starts.
4. Players may play on two teams in the same division, but this will need to be approved with a waiver or communication with tournament director due to low number of players on one of the teams.
5. Please refer to our website RULES/FORMS to provide the correct paperwork.

*Bracketed Games – we reserve the right to “fudge” seeds for competitive purposes, as well as so club/school/travel teams do not play in the first round.

AWARDS AT EVENTS

1. Our Two-Day, Pool Play to Bracket Events: Right side bracket winners receive Trophies & Medals, Runner-ups receive medals only. Left side bracket winners will receive medals only. Round Robin Divisions winners will receive Trophy and Medals.
2. Our Saturday or Sunday Runs (one day events), round robin Events: Pool play will determine the winner.The winning team will receive medals.
